Products are always tested to avoid any disfunction and carefully packed with the appropriate materials. Though, sometimes damage may be caused during transportation, or, very rarely, a product could have a disfunction.
As all products are made on demand, 157+173 designers can only accept returns, if the product is defective or different than the one you ordered.
Damaged products, because of accident or false use by the buyer, are not covered by the return policy.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is faulty:
157+157 designers and only, is responsible for deciding if the faulty item should get repaired, partly replaced or fully replaced, judging by its condition.
If proved that the product falls within the return policy, the cost for repairing or partly of fully replacing the product, and the additional shipping, is handled by 157+173 designers.
A .If the item is considered to be replaced, a new copy of the same product will be produced, and delivered to the same buyer, as of the original order, as soon as possible ( see “construction time” section ). The customer is not asked to return the faulty product.
B. If the product is considered to be partly replaced, new parts of the faulty product will be produced, and delivered to the same buyer, as of the original order, as soon as possible ( see “construction time” section ). The customer is asked to replace the damaged parts of the original item with the new ones. Additional information about the installation will be provided.
C. If the product is considered to get repaired, the buyer is asked to return the faulty item to 157+173 designers’ studio, by the delivery method that will be indicated by 157+173 designers.
- The product must be carefully packed in the same package that was originally sent, wrapped with the appropriate materials, to avoid further damage.
- The product has to be clearly marked on the package as 'RETURNED GOODS'.- The original receipt should be accompanied with the faulty product.
- A valid tracking number of the shipment should be provided.
